VISITORS OF AN EXHIBITION SPACE ARE SUGGESTED

TO 'DO NOTHING'

Terminology: language approach to 'doing nothing'

Never say 'work' - say 'experience'

Consciously avoid 'employment', 'job' - say 'commitment' , 'engaging in an experience'.

Don't say 'salary' - say 'payment', 'monetary compensation'.

Don't use words like 'management', 'production', 'asap', 'project team', 'promotion', 'deadline'.

Don't use ANY other word that belongs to corporate jargon or similar lexical fields. Words that make reference to the corporate world and a productivist mindset should be intentionally avoided.

Inside and outside of the exhibition space, as well all later oral and written communication about the performance, instead of a borrowed repertoire:

use words that are relevant to a – your – subjective perception, enhancing the individual manner of experiencing things, which in turn opens up to new ways of functioning.

Use 'you', 'me', subjective terms, speak from the first person.
